Founded in January 1996 by Pauline Reid, PR Offshore Services Ltd (PROFFS) has grown into a respected recruitment agency within the offshore energy sector. With more than 30 years’ experience in HR and over 25 years specialising in ROV and Inspection personnel, Pauline built PROFFS on a simple principle: connecting the right people with the right offshore projects.

Pauline was not only an exceptional business leader, but also a trusted mentor and colleague to many. She was known for her integrity, generosity and genuine commitment to both clients and candidates. Although we sadly lost Pauline in August 2017, her values continue to shape the way PROFFS operates today.

Today, PROFFS continues to evolve in a changing industry. Under the leadership of Managing Director Paul Reid, and supported by a dedicated and experienced team, the company remains focused on delivering a professional, responsive recruitment service. We take pride in understanding client requirements and sourcing competent, job-ready personnel to support offshore projects worldwide.

What We Do

PROFFS specialises in the recruitment of ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) personnel across all disciplines, Inspection personnel, and Client Representatives within the offshore energy sector. As technology advances and operational demands increase, the need for experienced, reliable personnel has never been greater.

We maintain an extensive and continually developing database of skilled professionals across multiple disciplines, enabling us to respond quickly and effectively to project requirements. While our core expertise lies in ROV, Inspection and Client Representative roles, we are able to source additional disciplines as required.

PROFFS does not charge personnel registration fees or work-finding fees.
