Founded in January 1996 by Pauline Reid, PR Offshore Services Ltd. (PROFFS) has grown to become a leading recruitment agency within the offshore Energy industry. Pauline, with over 30 years of experience in HR and 25 years specialising in ROV and Inspection personnel, dedicated her life to building a company focused on connecting highly skilled professionals with offshore companies in need of expertise.

Pauline was not only an outstanding business leader but also an amazing friend, and mentor. She was known for her generosity, her commitment to excellence, and her passion for the people she worked with. Under her guidance, PROFFS flourished, and her vision continues to inspire us today. Although we sadly lost Pauline in August 2017, her legacy lives on, and we remain steadfast in our commitment to upholding the values she instilled in the company.

PROFFS continues to grow and evolve. Paul, the managing director is driving the company forward in an ever-changing industry. Our dynamic team remains dedicated to finding the most qualified, expert, and professional personnel to meet the demands of the global offshore energy sector.

 

What We Do

At PROFFS, we specialise in recruiting ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) personnel (all disciplines), inspection and client rep personnel for the energy industry. With the rapid advancements in technology, the need for skilled ROV and Inspection professionals is greater than ever. We maintain an extensive and evolving database of experienced personnel across many disciplines, ensuring we can meet the industry’s increasing demand for highly competent individuals.

While our core focus is on ROV, 3.4U, and Client Representative roles, we are always expanding our talent pool to stay ahead of the growing needs within the sector.

Managing Director

Paul started with PROFFS in Jan 2001, having previously worked offshore as an ROV Supervisor. He initially and for a few years, combined the onshore side with working offshore, however with PROFFS growth and success, hung up his offshore boots to concentrate his time in the office. Paul works in all aspects of PROFFS operations.

Julie joined PROFFS in 1998. She previously worked in an HR Department within the offshore industry for nine years. When Julie joined PROFFS she brought with her a wealth of knowledge in dealing with people within the offshore environment, and has successfully helped to build the company to where we are today. She continues to be a key force in PROFFS and helps in the drive for continued success.

Finance Manager

Lisa heads up the Accounts Department. She joined in July 2005 and has grown with us, she manages the accounts team, and has successfully mastered the mine field involved with foreign tax situations and proved to be a great asset to the company.

Claire is our part-time assistant in the Accounts Department; she joined the company in 2010. Claire has mastered the bank transfer side of things, keeping the personnel happy with prompt payments straight to their chosen bank accounts. She also stands in for Lisa during holiday periods and helps out where needed.
